Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms: All payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless stated otherwise.
2. Warranty: Service includes 6 months of free technical maintenance from the date of final delivery.
3. Bank Transfer: Please include the Invoice Number (#ID) as the transaction reference.
4. Late Fees: A 5% late fee may be applied to balances outstanding for more than 30 days.
5. Cancellation: For project-based work, deposits are non-refundable after the development phase has started.
